We partner with reliable local and international couriers to ensure secure delivery, with extra care for leak-proof packaging of our liquid and semi-solid products.
1. Shipping Destinations
- Nationwide in Ghana: We deliver to all 16 regions, from Accra to remote areas.
- International: We ship to select countries (check availability at checkout). Popular destinations include the US, UK, Europe, other African countries, and more. For unlisted locations, contact support@bubunebeauty.com to inquire.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery starts after payment confirmation and order processing (usually 1 business day). These are estimates only—actual times may vary due to location, courier performance, weather, public holidays, or high-demand periods (e.g., festive seasons or promotions).
- Regular Local Orders (standard single or small orders in Ghana): 2–4 business days (faster in Greater Accra and major cities; up to 5–7 days for remote or rural areas).
- Bulk Local Orders (larger quantities or wholesale): 4–7 business days (to allow for secure packing and coordination).
- Customized/Personalized Local Orders (if offered, e.g., custom blends): 3–7 business days (includes preparation time).
- Regular International Orders: 5–10 business days (varies by destination; e.g., 4–7 days to nearby African countries, 7–14 days to Europe/USA, longer to remote locations).
- Bulk or Customized International Orders: 7–14 business days (due to additional packaging, documentation, and customs clearance).
Note: Weekends, Ghanaian public holidays (e.g., Independence Day, Eid, Christmas), and global disruptions may extend these timelines. We’ll keep you updated via email/SMS.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS (where available).
- Track your package directly through the courier’s website or our order status page in your account.
4. Shipping Costs & Packaging
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and order size.
- We use secure, protective packaging: leak-proof bags for oils/creams, bubble wrap for jars, and sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit—especially important for our natural, semi-solid products like raw shea butter.
- For international shipments: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. We declare items accurately (e.g., as "cosmetic skincare products") to help smooth clearance, but delays can occur.
5. Important Disclaimers
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, pandemics).
- If a package is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your tracking info—we’ll investigate and assist (e.g., file claims or reship where appropriate).
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in return to sender (additional fees apply for redelivery).
