By placing an order with Bubune Beauty (via www.bubunebeauty.com or any associated platforms), you agree to these Terms of Sale, which form a binding contract between you and Bubune Beauty. These terms apply to all purchases of our natural skincare products, including lotions, creams, body oils, beard oils, raw shea butter, and related items.

1. Order Acceptance and Product Availability

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Bubune Beauty. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (or part of an order) for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to meet our verification requirements.
  • Products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly via email and offer alternatives, a refund for the unavailable item(s), or cancellation of the affected portion of your order.
  • Order confirmation emails are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee acceptance. A binding sales contract forms only when we dispatch your order (or confirm shipment).

2. Pricing and Currency

  • Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) for orders shipping within Ghana and United States Dollars (USD) for international orders (unless otherwise specified at checkout).
  • All prices include applicable taxes where required by law but exclude shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes, or any other fees (these will be shown separately during checkout).
  • We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors on our website, even after an order is placed. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not apply to already-accepted and confirmed orders.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required before we process and dispatch your order.
  • We accept payments through our secure checkout providers (e.g., mobile money, credit/debit cards, bank transfers—options shown at checkout).
  • By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that funds are sufficient.
  • All payments are processed in the displayed currency. Any currency conversion fees or bank charges are your responsibility.
  • We do not store full payment card details; transactions are handled securely by our payment processor.

4. Order Modification and Cancellation

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or amended (including changes to shipping address, items, or quantities).
  • Before shipment, you may request cancellation by contacting support@bubunebeauty.com as soon as possible. We will accommodate reasonable requests where the order has not yet entered fulfillment.
  • Pre-shipment cancellations may be subject to a small processing fee if payment has already been authorized.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs are estimated and displayed at checkout. Actual delivery depends on your location, carrier performance, and customs clearance (for international orders).
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery (or upon handover to the carrier for international shipments).
  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs holds, incorrect addresses provided by you, or carrier issues.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
  • Any disputes arising from your purchase will be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.

7. Additional Notes

  • These Terms of Sale work together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and general Terms and Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated date—continued purchases after changes indicate acceptance.
  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
