Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


We stand behind the quality of our natural products and want you to receive them in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective (e.g., unusual separation, off odor in natural oils/shea butter, leakage, or manufacturing issue), or incorrect (wrong product, scent, or quantity shipped), please report it promptly.

Reporting Window: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit. This short timeframe helps us resolve issues quickly and investigate any transit problems with our shipping partners.

How to Request: Email: support@bubunebeauty.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (packaging, product, any damage/leakage)
  • A brief description of the problem

Approval & Processing: Once we review your photos and approve the claim (typically within 1–2 business days), we’ll provide instructions for return if needed. We cover return shipping costs for these cases.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval (or after we receive the returned item, if required). You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.
What’s Covered: Full refund of the product price (original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the entire order was affected by our error). Replacements are offered where stock allows.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, trial use not suiting your skin), please refer to our general Returns section above — refunds follow the same processing timeline but are subject to item condition and our 30-day window.
